NASIHAT RIBUT TROPIKA Di keluarkan pada 5.30 petang 07/10/2009

Ribut Tropika 19W, "Parma" dikesan berada di Latitud 17.7 Utara dan Longitud 122.5 Timur, 385 km ke Utara Timur Laut Manila, Filipina pada jam 5.00 petang, 7 Oktober 2009. Ribut Tropika ini telah bergerak ke arah Timur Timur Laut dengan kelajuan 18 kmsj bagi enam jam yang lepas. Ribut tropika ini berada kira-kira 1399 km ke Utara Timur Laut Sandakan dan 1349 km ke Utara Timur Laut Kudat, Sabah.

This tropical storm has tracked East-Northeastwards at 18 kmph for the past six hours. This tropical storm is located approximately 1399 km North-Northeast of Sandakan and 1349 km North-Northeast of Kudat, Sabah.
