1.Selangor merekodkan rekod tertinggi menarik pelabur dalam masa 9 tahun
SUBANG JAYA, Feb 22 - Selangor attracted RM11.87 billion in investments last year, bettering figures from the past eight years despite the financial crisis that began late last year.
“This ranks us as number two among states in Malaysia,” senior state executive council member Teresa Kok told reporters today. (Sarawak is the leading state in terms of foreign investments, pulling in about RM15.17 billion.)

2.Hadiah lembu kepada SPRM
IPOH 22 Feb. - Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) akan 'menghadiahkan' seekor lembu sebagai tanda protes kepada Ketua Pesuruhjaya Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM), Datuk Seri Ahmad Said Hamdan kerana mengumumkan suruhanjaya itu mempunyai bukti dan keterangan berhubung penyalahgunaan kuasa Menteri Besar Selangor, Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim.

3.Ada tanah boleh buat rumah
KUANTAN 22 Feb. - Golongan berpendapatan rendah yang mempunyai tanah kini berpeluang memiliki rumah sendiri dengan hanya membayar RM150 sebulan untuk tempoh 30 tahun.
Kemudahan itu ditawarkan Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB) menerusi Program Rumah Mesra Rakyat.
Pengerusi SPNB Senator Datuk Azian Osman berkata, sasaran utama program itu ialah golongan yang mempunyai pendapatan isi rumah RM1,500 sebulan.

4.Puncak Niaga & Syabas menolak bidaan kerajaan negeri Selangor
KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 20 — Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd and Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (SYABAS) have turned down the Selangor government’s offer to take over the two companies.
Puncak Niaga said one of the reasons why the offer was unacceptable was because the offer price by the state government was low at RM1.61 billion.

5.Mukhriz urges respect for Abdullah 'unlike treatment of Dr. Mahathir
KOTA BARU, Feb 22 – Member of Parliament for Jerlun Datuk Mukhriz Tun Mahathir has urged Umno members accord “utmost respect” to Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi after he steps down as prime minister next month.
Mukhriz Tun Mahathir said he hoped Abdullah would not be ill-treated like his father, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
“Do not treat Pak Lah (Abdullah) like (Umno had been treating) Tun Mahathir (former prime minister), otherwise the people will hate Umno. Hold Pak Lah in high regard,” he told reporters after joining Umno Youth candidates in introducing themselves to Kelantan Youth delegates here today.
